    Products on our website usually are in stock. Please note that while a product may be in your shopping bag, there is a possibility that another customer could purchase it before you finalize your order.

  4. Is there any certificate of authenticity for Testoni’s product?

    We provide a certificate of authenticity for our products that are available on our online website. The certificate is unique to each product. You are encouraged to retain it, as we do not offer duplicates.

  5. What should I do if my used authentic Testoni item is stained or damaged?

    Should your authentic Testoni item be stained or damaged in any way, please refrain from attempting self-repairs. We recommend visiting our boutiques or contacting our customer support for professional advice.

Order & Payments

  1. Is it possible to add gift wrapping to my order?

    Although we are unable to offer individual gift wrapping for online orders, we assure you that each product is packaged with care in its own distinctive branded Testoni box, accompanied by a protective Testoni dust bag.

  2. What forms of payment are accepted?

    We accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Union Pay, WeChat Pay and Alipay.

  3. What tax will I have to pay?

    The order is made with A Testoni Hong Kong Limited, a legal entity in Hong Kong SAR. Hong Kong SAR does not have a VAT, goods and services tax, or sales tax. Testoni will be responsible for the customer duties and taxes by the destination country of the order.

  4. When will my order be charged?

    Your payment will be processed upon completion of the check-out process, once all the necessary payment details have been provided.

Shipment & Delivery

  1. Which country/region do you ship to?

    We deliver to Europe, Mainland China, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

  2. What are the shipping fees?

    We offer free shipping for all orders.

  3. How long does the delivery take?

    All orders will be shipped within 5 working days since order completion. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. Please keep in mind that the tracking number will be activated within 24 hours from the time of dispatch. Consequently, you may not find immediate updates on the shipment status. We kindly request that you check back the following day for the most recent information.

  4. Can I change the delivery address once my order has been sent?

    If you would like to change the delivery address, we kindly request that you get in touch with our Customer Service at your earliest convenience.
    However, please note that once the parcel has been shipped, we are unable to accommodate any changes to the delivery address.

Pre-order

  1. What is a pre-order?

    A pre-order is you a reservation of a new-season product that is not currently available for sale but will be released soon. As soon as the item becomes available, we will deliver it to your preferred shipping address.

  2. How do I pre-order a product?

    You can easily identify pre-order products as they will be clearly marked. To add the pre-order product, you would love to purchase, simply select it, and proceed to checkout as you normally would.

  3. What is the payment process for pre-orders?

    Your payment card will not be charged until your order is shipped. However, please note that a pre-authorization of funds may appear on your card immediately upon placing the order. Once the item has been dispatched, payment will be processed.

  4. When will my pre-order arrive?

    It's important to note that these dates are guidelines, and you will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. This email will contain parcel tracking information. In the event of any delays or if we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, our Customer Services team will contact you via email to provide updates.

Return & Exchange

  1. Can I return a product purchased online?

    If you would like to return your product purchased on our website, we kindly request that you get in touch with our Customer Service within 14 days of receiving it. We will guide you through the return arrangement.

    To ensure a successful return, please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging and in the same pristine condition as when it was delivered. We reserve the right to decline returns of products that are damaged or show clear signs of use.

  2. What are the terms of returning a product purchased online?

    Please note return is accepted subject to the following conditions:

    • The return must be requested within 14 days receiving the order;
    • The product to be returned must be handed over to the courier within 14 days of notification of the return request to Customer Service;
    • The product must be in the same pristine condition as when it was delivered, with the security tag remained intact and without withing signs of use.
  3. If I return a product purchased online, when will I receive my reimbursement?

    Once we have received and inspected the returned product, the reimbursement will be processed promptly and, in any case, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive the returned products. The refund will be processed directly to the original payment method used for the purchase and in the same currency. However, please note that the refund payment may take some time to process, as it is dependent on the policies and procedures of each individual bank.

  4. Can I cancel my online order?

    If you would like to cancel your order, we kindly request that you get in touch with our Customer Service at your earliest convenience. We will send you an email to confirm the cancellation.

    In the event that your package has already been dispatched, we regret to inform you that it will no longer be feasible to cancel your order. However, you may return the product to us within 14 days of receiving it by getting in touch with our Customer Service.

  5. Can I exchange a product purchased online?

    We are unable to facilitate exchanges for products purchased online.

    You can return the product to us within fourteen (14) days of reception by getting in touch with our Customer Service. You can place a new order at any time.
